This Privacy Policy explains how Mahmudul Hossain and team, trading as Fsdm Mahmudul ("we", "us", "our"), collect and use information when you visit fsdmmahmudul.com, contact us or hire us. We keep it simple: we only use your information to reply to you and to do the work you ask for.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and website, when you fill in the contact form or message us.
  • Your message: what you tell us about your ads, tracking or website.
  • Project information: data we can see inside the accounts you give us access to, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta or your website.
  • Payment details: invoice and payment records. We do not store card numbers; payments go through your bank or payment provider.
  • Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser and pages visited for security.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free audit.
  • To deliver the work in your quote and send reports.
  • To send invoices and keep financial records the law requires.
  • To keep this website safe and working properly.

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Access to your accounts

We only request the access needed for the selected review or project, and we make no account changes without your approval. Only the team members working on your project get access, and Mahmudul personally oversees how it is used. We do not copy your customer lists or data for any other purpose. When the work ends, you can remove our access at any time, and we recommend that you do.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your information. We only share it when needed to run our business or do your work, for example with:

  • our email and website hosting providers, which deliver contact form messages;
  • the ad and analytics platforms you already use, as part of setting up your campaigns and tracking;
  • authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

This website does not use advertising cookies. It saves small settings in your browser, such as your light or dark theme choice and whether you have seen the WhatsApp chat window. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for up to 2 years, and project and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that, we delete them.

How we keep it safe

We use secure, password-protected accounts with two-step login wherever possible, and we only give access to the team members who need it to do your work.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • show you the information we have about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
  • stop using it for a particular purpose.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version.
